PSR is an independent community radio based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Established in 2017 in a flat on Palanga Street, we embraced a DIY philosophy that continues to inspire us to this day and fuels the engagement of our community. The main focus of the radio is music and sound art, as well as interviews and talk shows exploring different cultural and artistic topics.
